I think the Cento is still domestic tuna despite being packed in olive oil and I'd love to test some actual imported tuna. Seconding the comments on Italian tuna--I'm so spoiled now I can't countenance using the other kind, and I horde the terrifically expensive cans I lug home from the Gourmet Warehouse for tuna salads like this, or puttanesca.
